新型1SP0340 SCALE-2即插即用驱动器专门用于安全、可靠地驱动隔离电压为6000 V、耐压为4.5 kV,封装为130 x 140 mm和190 x 140 mm的 IGBT模块。它针对铁路行业的高可靠性应用进行了优化。这种主/从概念的驱动器结构可安全地操作并联的IGBT模块。主驱动器(1SP0340V)可独立驱动单个IGBT模块,而无需从驱动器;也可与最多三个从驱动器(1SP0340D)共用,驱动最多四个并联的IGBT模块。

主驱动器配有光纤接口,具备全局故障管理功能。在主/从驱动器中,从驱动器通过并联电缆连接到主驱动器,利用此电缆传输公共指令信号以及来自DC/DC电源的电压。1SP0340驱动器是基于高度集成的SCALE-2芯片组设计而成,该芯片组可带来高性能、完整且极其紧凑的单通道IGBT驱动器。

与传统解决方案相比,SCALE-2芯片组还可将元件数量减少80%,因此能够显著地提高可靠性,并降低成本。1SP0340驱动器还具备动态高级有源箝位(DA2C)、短路保护、副方+15V稳压和电源电压监控功能。

该驱动器可用于所有机械上兼容的IGBT模块。即插即用功能可实现安装后立即使用,因此用户无需为特定应用调试驱动器而投入精力。

光纤接口选项

驱动器使用光纤实现指令信号和状态反馈信号的电气隔离。

电源及电气隔离

与其他SCALE-2即插即用驱动器相比,1SP0340驱动器采用模块化结构,因此驱动器板卡和电源(ISO5125I DC/DC变换器)作为两个独立单元。这意味着任何与特定IGBT模块匹配过的驱动器,均可满足不同的隔离要求。只有独立电源(ISO5125I)必须根据具体应用来选择。更进一步的优势是,4.5 kV IGBT的驱动器可以支持两电平、三电平和多电平拓扑。

使用三颗螺丝即可将驱动器直接安装到IGBT模块上。独立电源单元安装在靠近IGBT的位置。对于并联驱动器,每个开关只需要一个电源。
