新型1SP0335单通道SCALE-2即插即用型驱动器用于安全、可靠地驱动隔离电压为10.2 kV、耐压为3.3 kV到6.5 kV 、封装为130 x 140 mm和190 x 140 mm 的IGBT模块。它针对铁路领域的高可靠性应用进行了优化。

这种主/从概念的驱动器结构可安全地操作并联的IGBT模块。主板(1SP0335V或1SP0335S)可用作独立驱动器来驱动单个IGBT模块,而无需从板;也可与最多三个从板(1SP0335D)共用,驱动最多四个并联的IGBT模块。主板配有光纤接,具备全局故障管理功能。在主/从配置中,从板通过并联电缆连接到主板,利用此电缆传输公共指令信号以及来自DC/DC电源的电压。

1SP0335驱动器是基于高度集成的SCALE-2芯片组设计而成,具备高性能、功能完整和极其紧凑的特性。与传统解决方案相比,SCALE-2芯片组还可将元件数量缩减多达80%,因此能够显著地提高可靠性,并降低成本。1SP0335驱动器还具备动态高级有源箝位(DA2C)、短路保护、副方+15V稳压和电源电压监控功能。
该驱动器可用于所有机械上兼容的IGBT模块。即插即用配置可实现安装后立即使用,因此用户无需为特定应用调试驱动器而投入时间和人力。

光纤接口选项

驱动器使用光纤实现指令信号和状态反馈信号的电气隔离。有两种版本的光纤接口可用:
l 1SP0335V配备通用型接口
l 1SP0335S配备ST型接口

电源及电气隔离

与其他SCALE-2即插即用驱动器相比,1SP0335系列驱动器采用模块化结构,驱动器和电源(DC/DC变换器)作为两个独立单元。根据这种模块化理念,任何与特定IGBT模块匹配过的驱动器,均可满足不同的隔离要求。只有独立电源(ISO5125I)必须根据具体应用来选择。

因此,3.3 kV到6.5 kV IGBT的驱动器可支持两电平、三电平和多电平拓扑。使用三颗螺丝即可将驱动器直接安装到IGBT模块上。电源(ISO5125I)独立安装,位置要靠近IGBT模块。对于并联驱动器,每个开关只需要一个电源。
